Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your water gear arrives safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Swim and Beyond purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on briefs (unless faulty) or drinks bottles that have been opened/used.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order details (order number, items to return, and reason)
- Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our Edinburgh facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
Return Shipping Information
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
