Product Questions
How do I choose the right size swimwear?
We provide detailed size charts for all our products. For competitive swimwear, we recommend checking the fit guide as competition cuts often differ from leisure wear. When in doubt, our swim-savvy team at [email protected] can advise.
Why should I rinse new swimwear before first use?
Rinsing in cool water helps preserve the fabric’s elasticity and colour – a tip from our competitive swimmers! This simple step removes any manufacturing residues and prepares the fabric for optimal performance.
Do you sell matching family swimwear sets?
Yes! Browse our “All” categories (All Boys, All Girls, etc.) to coordinate styles across the family. Our seasonal collections often include matching themes perfect for family beach holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide except some Asian and remote regions. Our Edinburgh warehouse ships globally via DHL, FedEx or EMS depending on your chosen delivery option.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard Express (£12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL/FedEx
- Free Standard (orders over £50): 15-25 days via EMS
Will I need to pay customs fees?
For international orders outside the UK, local customs may apply. We declare packages at actual value to help minimise fees, but these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you offer waterproof packaging?
Absolutely! All swim products are professionally wrapped in waterproof packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, even if the delivery encounters wet weather.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day returns policy from delivery date. Items must be unworn with original tags attached and all hygiene liners intact for swimwear. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
What if my swimwear doesn’t fit?
We’re happy to exchange for a different size if available. Please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt to arrange. Note that competition cuts may fit differently than leisure swimwear.
Can I return opened accessories like goggles?
For hygiene reasons, opened accessories can only be returned if faulty. Unopened items with intact packaging may be returned within the 15-day window.
